Braised Ribs

INGREDIENTS

* 4 lbs Short Ribs
* 1 small onion
* 2 celery stalks
* 12 oz Buccaneer Blends BBQ Sauce
* ½ cup Flour
* ½ tsp each Salt & Pepper
* 2 TBLSP Vegetable oil


DIRECTIONS

Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Roll the ribs in the seasoned flour and set aside at room temperature. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Preheat oven to 325° degrees. Add oil to the skillet and let heat. Add ribs to the skillet and brown on both sides.  Place ribs into a baking pan. Sauté vegetables in skillet until tender; then place into baking pan with ribs. Place pan into preheated oven and cook until the ribs are fork tender, about 2 ½ hours. Strain the fat from the pan and serve hot.
